Warner decidio romper el trato que tenia con Youtube sobre que se pueda subir los videos y usar las canciones de los artistas de la discografica, lamentablemente con esta decision que tomo Warner todos los videos de los artistas seran borrados y el Green Day Channel donde se encontraban todos los videos oficiales de Green Day y otras también. There was a lot of tension in the band going into American Idiot , to the point where you guys ended up in a sort of group therapy. Había mucha tensión en la banda de entrar en American Idiot, hasta el punto de que ustedes terminaron en una especie de terapia de grupo.

When AP interviewed you during the American Idiot sessions, we asked how you felt about all of the contemporary pop-punk bands who'd taken Green Day as an inspiration.
